How long does processing take?
It depends on the visa type and the issuing authority. Each type shows its estimated processing time before you begin, and your file's current stage is visible at all times on the tracking page.
Do I need to submit my original passport?
It depends on the type. Electronic visas require no original passport and are completed entirely through the platform. Types that require depositing the passport are clearly marked as such before you apply.
How do I pay?
By transfer to the company accounts. You then upload a photograph of the receipt through the platform, and it is confirmed by the responsible staff member and then by management — a double confirmation that protects both sides.
What happens if my application is refused?
A refusal is the sovereign decision of the issuing authority. No agency anywhere can promise otherwise, and you should be cautious of any that does. What we commit to is telling you honestly where your file is weak before you pay, and helping you address the stated reason before reapplying.
Are my documents secure?
Uploads use an encrypted connection, files are stored outside direct web access, and they are shared only with the issuing authority and only to the extent required to process your application.
Can I apply in English?
This page is in English, and our staff correspond in English. The application form itself is currently in Arabic — if you need help completing it, message us on WhatsApp and someone will walk you through it.
